As a part of the American Rescue Plan (ARP) Act - Elementary & Secondary School Emergency Relief (ESSER) III, Chattahoochee County School District is required to create a plan for spending the federal funds aligned to the allowable use of funds
Chattahoochee County Schools tentatively plans to use the ESSER III funds in the following ways.
Curriculum materials to support literacy
Additional technology devices and equipment to support student v learning and access
Professional Learning for teachers and paraprofessionals
STEM Camps during summer break
Physical activity equipment to promote overall wellbeing and mental health
New positions for Academic Coaches
Behavior support personnel to promote mental health wellbeing
Virtual learning platform
Special Education equipment to promote hands-on learning
School Social Worker
Enhanced cleaning and custodial services
HVAC filtration upgrades
If any revisions to the plan occur, this list will be updated to reflect those changes.
